About Shared Direction Consulting

Shared Direction Consulting was founded by Tamara Reinisch in 2023 following an extensive career supporting governments and for-purpose businesses to enhance access and services for people with disability.

Shared Direction Consulting responds to the need of all organisations to improve how they engage their disability customers and strive to continuously do better. 

At Shared Direction Consulting, we take a holistic approach to consulting. We will work closely with you to understand your goals and challenges, and develop solutions that address your unique and specific needs.

Tamara has over 20 years of experience in the disability and human services sector.  This includes 4 years at an Executive Level in the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Market, Provider and Sector Development, Chief Strategic Advisor to the Victorian Disability Services Commission, various policy roles in State Government, and as Associate Partner leading ORIMA Research Disability Services Research.

Shared Direction Consulting is backed by a network of high quality research suppliers to best meet your needs. This includes Tamara's role at ORIMA Research as Principal Adviser Diversity and Inclusion.
